The full biological spectrum

Six layers. One picture.

Each omics layer carries unique signal. Integrated, they resolve into a unified view of biology — the basis for precise, personalised decisions.

01
Genomics · DNAThe DNA blueprint — variants, structure and the stable genetic baseline.
02
Transcriptomics · expressionGene expression — which genes are active, where and how strongly.
03
Proteomics · proteinsProtein abundance — the functional machinery carrying out biology.
04
Metabolomics · metabolitesMetabolic profiles — the real-time chemistry of physiological state.
05
Microbiome · microbesThe microbial ecosystem shaping health, immunity and response.
06
Epigenomics · regulationRegulation above the sequence — how gene activity is switched and tuned.
Why integration matters

The genome states what is possible. It does not state what is happening.

A platform built only on the genome can stratify risk but cannot observe response. Transcript, protein and metabolite state describe the current operating condition of the system — and that is what responds to therapy, nutrition and behaviour on a clinically useful timescale.

Fixed layersGenomics — sequenced once, reinterpreted for a lifetime as evidence advances.
Dynamic layersTranscriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics — the operating state, responsive within days to weeks.
Contextual layersMicrobiome and epigenomics — slowly dynamic, exposure-sensitive, mediating the others.
ExtensionNew evidence types enter through the same schema and the same snapshot machinery — the core is extended, not duplicated.
